Actions

Mandibles.Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) Piercing damage, and the moth attaches to the target. While attached, the moth can't make Mandible attacks. The moth can detach itself by spending 5 feet of its movement. As a Bonus Action, a creature within reach of the moth can try to detach the moth, doing so with a successful DC 13 Strength check.

Blood Drain. The moth deals 10 (2d6 + 3) Necrotic damage to one creature it is physically attached to, provided that creature isn't a Construct or an Undead. The moth then regains Hit Points equal to the Necrotic damage dealt.

Create a D&D 2024-style monster stat block

Edit a complete monster stat block beside a live preview. Add defenses, movement, abilities, saves, skills, senses, languages, traits, attacks, reactions, legendary features, and an optional image. The finished card supports one-column and two-column layouts.

How to use it

Replace the example Vampire Moth fields. A standard Challenge Rating from 0 to 30 fills in XP and Proficiency Bonus, while ability modifiers and proficient saves calculate unless manually overridden. Import JSON reopens compatible data. Enlarge & export downloads standalone HTML, editable JSON, or PNG.

Example

Change the default name, AC, HP, and ability scores, then add a structured attack. Select CR 2 and the preview shows CR 2 (XP 450; PB +2). Export JSON and import it later to continue editing.

Limits

The creator formats entered values and performs specific arithmetic. It does not calculate an appropriate CR, check encounter balance, or validate every rule interaction. Drafts stay in the browser and are not saved to an account or server, so export JSON before closing the page.
